When it comes to van space we have commitment issues!

 The heart of the unique cargo capability is the Marshall Bed that is a Murphy Bed that tips up both to the rear for inside additional space or mid-van against the cabinets dividing the van exactly in two for cargo in a stand-up 6'x6' garage with safety bulkhead that  allows for full living with second bed, shower, kitchen, dining area for four and divides the van in half so the vehicles climate control  can maintain perfect temps in the most extreme outside weather conditions you can find!  

The System is a bolt in kit that includes two Stow-n-go Seats with electronic latches that collapse the seats into the well for bed use or additional cargo area (to include pets). The seats also tip and fold out of the way for cassette toilet use and entering and exiting the van. Folded over the seats are great stools for facing to rear of the van and the table swings over them for extra counter space. The seats combine with the fronts swiveled for four person dining or recline back kicking it!

Keeping the weight forward f or cargo capabilities brings all water related equipment together in one cabinet under the sink. This is also home for both laundry and garbage containers that tilt out with ample space. Water pumps, fresh water tank (holding 17 gal)  a 5 gal hot water heater, diesel air heater and all the plumbing to fill the water tank, sink functionality, and hot shower functions.

The weight forward design is accomplished by taking another of the heavier components groups closer to the front axel so cargo doesn't compete with the rear for space / weight on the rear axel. The area between the seat wells allows for plenty of batteries and the other components all allowing short wiring runs from the van  chassis batter, the 2nd or 1st alternator, and the best place for all distribution of 12/24/48 Volt and AC/DC breakers near the inverter where van temperatures are most easi

The needs for AC vary greatly by your travels and climate you live in so in extreme hot conditions the system is the way to conquer the desert heat or the humidity of the southeast. This system isn't for everyone but combined with the ability to divide the Pivot Van in half you can take on the extreme heat or cold without a doubt!

The expense is yours to choose here with the Chinese Parking  vs the name brand heaters that promise higher functionality, quality  and sophistication. Combined hot water heaters / air heaters are useful as well as drawing energy from the van making water hot. Either way the cabinet will house the equipment you will choose.
